Code of Ethics:
The United States Disc Jockey Association's mission statement is "To
promote professionalism and maintain the highest standards in the
Mobile Disc Jockey Industry." It is of utmost
importance that disc jockeys operate according to the highest
standards of business. Misinformation to clients will not be
tolerated. To ensure a quality performance, all associates must offer
clients the following:
Complaints:
We agree to promptly handle all consumer complaints filed with the
U.S.O.D.J.A. We agree to make every effort to resolve legitimate
complaints in a timely fashion. In cases where the complaint is not
legitimate, we will respond to the U.S.O.D.J.A. within a three week period.
Disclosure:
We agree to accurately disclose all requested information about our
business and to update the U.S.O.D.J.A. with new information as it
becomes available
Miscellaneous:
All logos, trademarks, and links recognizing membership in the
U.S.O.D.J.A. remain property of the U.S.O.D.J.A. and must be returned or
destroyed upon request. The U.S.O.D.J.A. reserves the right to change
membership requirements at any time. The U.S.O.D.J.A. reserves to right
to deny or cancel membership for any reason.
